Before any technician is sent to a customers house, they must pass the in-laws test first. Every new technician is sent on a service call to�Cathy’s parents� house for an evaluation. The techs don�t know they are at the owner�s parents� house, and�her parents are instructed to �give the tech a hard time�. If they pass the �Bob and Louie� test, we know they are then ready to send to our customers� homes.
