You don't need me to remind you there are unethical contractors out there taking advantage of  trusting homeowners. We have all seen the sting-type news stories where contractors come to the set-up home and tell the homeownner they need a brand new air conditioner or that their furnace is no longer safe, even though there is nothing wrong with the system.
